Tender, Real, and Beautiful

The Fourth Trimester: Holistic Postpartum Care

You don’t have to do this alone. We support you through the tender early weeks with:
• Breast & bottle feeding guidance
• Emotional support + partner check-ins
• Multiples and sibling transitions
• Nursery setup + organization
• Help navigating postpartum healing
• Back-to-work planning and transition support

Daytime Doula Support

Minimum 4-hour shifts, designed to meet you where you are.

Let’s slow things down and focus on what matters most: your healing, your baby, and your peace of mind.

What daytime doula care can include:
• Setting short- and long-term parenting goals
• Talking through newborn care, sleep, and feeding routines
• Helping with babies meal prep, tidying, or laundry
• Holding baby while you shower or rest
• Creating structure and support around your day
• Sitting with you as you process your birth story

Every session is tailored to what you need most in the moment.

Overnight Newborn Care

Minimum 8-hour shifts to help you get the deep rest you deserve.

Whether you’re nursing, pumping, or formula-feeding, we support your preferred nighttime routine.

While you rest, we’ll:
• Feed, change, and soothe your baby
• Handle light overnight chores (bottles, laundry, nursery tidy-up)
• Keep the lights low and the space restful
• Leave you with a clean baby log and update of baby
• Support healthy sleep shaping, safe sleep, and early rhythms

Our goal: You wake up rested, nourished, and ready to face the day.
